the Silverware dealer meeting. The

We are slow getting the web updated this
year, as we have been extremely busy. JACC POS
has implemented a new phone system. Bill
Barham, President of JACC POS is persistent
that every call possible will be answered
directly by the "account manager" of
that customer and not a "help" desk
that cannot really "help". The new
phone system allows customers to connect
directly through black berry to the service / support
tech of there choosing.
Technology has changed our lives in many
ways. More and more customers are using our
"Dial-In" software to perform
service and support from our desk. This method
saves time for us, and money for you. Call us
for a price quote so that you can dial in to
your store or we can to help when something
just isn't right.
JACC POS has adopted a new supplier of
hardware, UNYPOS. These fine products show
innovation in design and maintaining reliability.
New smaller designs take less shelf
space.

Michael Lelli has joined our staff n both a
sales and service/support role. Michael will
be looking after new customers as well as
doing service for the loyal customers in our

expanded.
NEIL DIXON has joined our staff and
is looking after accounts in the Kingston >
(Gananoque to Belleville area) Neil is in
charge of sales and service and looks forward
to meeting with existing SILVERWARE customers
or to install a new system for you.

HOUSE" scheduled for mid February. For
